• Screening and Sourcing of Product Suppliers/Manufacturers within China

  China is a manufacturing powerhouse, and we assist overseas enterprises in sourcing suppliers and factories for their required products in China. By leveraging our resource networks, research capabilities, and negotiation expertise, we help clients screen and identify top-tier domestic suppliers, enabling them to secure highly competitive pricing.

• Sample Production and Contract Signing

  After the client selects a cooperation partner, we will deliver the provided samples to the factory and arrange for sample production. Once the client confirms the samples meet their requirements, we will coordinate the contract signing between the client and the factory. Our legal colleagues will thoroughly review the contract to ensure maximum protection of the client's interests.

• Logistics Coordination for China-to-Overseas Transportation

  Upon completion of all goods production, we will conduct random product inspections on behalf of the client to verify quality compliance. Additionally, we will assist the manufacturer with export customs declaration and clearance procedures, while supervising the factory's shipment process to ensure adherence to contract requirements for timely and proper delivery.

• After-Sales Service and Warranty Period

  The completion of production and delivery does not constitute the conclusion of our cooperation. Should the Client identify defective, substandard, or damaged products upon receipt, they may promptly notify us. We shall then act as the Client’s representative to liaise with the manufacturer, investigate the root cause of defective or damaged items, and expedite the manufacturer’s arrangement for re-production and replacement. Furthermore, the contracts reviewed by our legal team include explicit provisions for a warranty period. In the event of warranty-related defects during the specified period, we shall ensure the manufacturer undertakes necessary actions, including factory repairs or product replacements, to guarantee the Client receives adequate quality assurance until full contract fulfillment.
