• Once you confirm the product and quantity, we’ll calculate the total cost for you—including customs duties and shipping fees.

• If you decide to proceed with the purchase:You’ll transfer all fees to us (plus an additional 5% procurement service fee for our handling).We’ll purchase the items on your behalf, inspect the goods, and arrange shipping—delivering them to you as efficiently as possible.

A：It depends on the actual situation. If you only need a few items, the price will definitely be the retail price. If you’re looking at a small batch, it will be the wholesale price. For large quantities, it will be the factory ex-factory price. We will source prices from different channels based on the quantity you need and help you negotiate discounts with suppliers. Since we are not middlemen, the price we find for you is exactly what we’ll tell you—no markups. Anyway, don’t you think we can get you better prices than you would on your own? And aren’t our quotes more reliable than those from middlemen?

Q：I want to get the lowest price.

A：For some products, I don’t recommend you seek the absolute lowest price nationwide, because low prices often come with poor-quality goods. Instead, I suggest finding suppliers offering average-market prices and negotiating discounts—that’s the best approach to ensure quality. There are countless factories in China, and their product quality varies widely. Since you’re purchasing from such a distance, you surely don’t want to end up with a batch of low-quality items, right? You’d want some guarantees. At the very least, we can help screen suppliers for you at the beginning to ensure basic quality control.

Q: Are there any limits on the number of product inquiries?

A: Generally, we don’t limit the number of inquiries. However, due to our team’s manpower constraints, if you have an extremely large number of inquiries or request them too frequently, we may not be able to process them immediately. That said, we guarantee a response within 48 hours no matter what.

Q: Are you available for service 24/7?

A: No, we follow official legal holidays in China. During holidays, our team takes time off and cannot provide services. If a holiday is approaching, we will inform you in advance of our holiday schedule and return date. Additionally, we are unavailable during nighttime in China (our local time) as our team needs rest.
